By accessing and using Settuna ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Settuna provides a cloud-based floor planning and seating arrangement tool that allows users to create, edit, and manage floor plans for offices, events, and workspaces. The Service includes web-based software, data storage, and associated features as described on our website.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer different subscription plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with varying features and limits as described on our pricing page. Plan limits include number of floors, team members, and feature access.

4.2 Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our platform.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused features, except as required by law.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the floor plans and data you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5.2 License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for any automated or bulk operations without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, graphics, and documentation, is owned by Solomon Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SETTUNA OR SOLOMON TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Settuna and Solomon Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solomon Technologies operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
